Dear Ruthie & Jack,
I want to thank you both so much for being so nice and understanding with me.
I know ya'll wouldn't loan your car out to just anyone.
I enjoyed my visit so much. As you know one visit to Hull Daisetta once in a great while is enough for me. Ha.
Jimmy wasn't home when I got home, so I wrapped all my Christmas gifts and a time to relax a lone by myself.
Later on he and Tom came in from Beaumont pooped.
I fried chicken, cooked red beans, rice, gravy, corn bread and turnip greens.
We all fell into the food like hogs, but I was starving so that's why we such good food. Ha!
Jimmy was his best behavior and I was glad of that.
My car ran just fine on the way back. I was up tight when I got home, I guess a strain of me not knowing if the tire would fall off or what would be at home.
I'm at work now, just standing in front of the heater. Haven't done myself nothing but punch the cash register.
Jimmy and me are going to paint the golf cart this week. I think red, white and blue would be pretty.
Jo Anns birthday will be tomorrow, twenty one. Doesn't seem possible.
I'm going to make Mama a navy blue pants suit for her birthday.
I don't really have time, but I can manage, I think.
Tell Jeanean shes prettier right now than I've ever seen her. Shes a little doll. Even Kelly told me how pretty was, but lets don't wish anything like that on her. Ha!
I saw (illegible) May Nov. 1 he said he may not have to have his kidney removed after all.
Check on him will you. He thinks a lot of ya'll.
Well I will close for now and start dusting or something. Ha!
Love Always Mary Jo
I'm so proud of your twelve acres.
