Dear Friends,
I hope this note finds you all fine. First I want to thank you for being so dear to my Son. He is so proud of his new girl. Thank you for your interest in him. He needs this.
I tried to call you all Thur. and Fri. to invite you to the "shoot out" Sat. It gets better each & I you would have enjoyed it. I mostly wanted you to talk to Cathy but I don't think you would have got the chance. She & her Daddy just can't seem to understand one another. I talk to her all the time about her Daddy's love for her but its hard when he cuts her so deep with his words. She is sick with asthma now & I guess I'll carry her to the Dr, tomorrow.
I hope you found a place well secluded for that picture. I haven't got the picture I wanted from you all yet.
I hope I haven't changed your mind & given it to someone else. I painted a dessert scene and it wasn't a copy either. Ray wanted it in his study. It may not be the greatest but its original.
David I had to write because I haven't had a chance to talk to you. Cathy has needed help but after this week I know someone to explain to her that she must learn to look over some things. This is all part of growing up or keeping peace or preventing uslers or saving a home. However you look at it.
Anyway since I don't get to talk you I had to write so please tear this up. I would hate for Ray to know I had to ask help with my problems.
Cathy said to tell Davy that she hoped they didn't she didn't them with her last Sat because she did - but if they left to just pal around on their own that was OK too. She said she hoped to see them again soon. I think she thinks James is real cute & Charles is afraid she thinks so too. She didn't tell to say that. ha ha She also said "Golly mother I didn't know Davy was so good looking." This is getting interesting isn't it, ha. Tell the bido's hello.
